What you will do

• Define and maintain the automotive product security framework aligned with ISO 21434 and ASPICE.
• Coordinate security activities across product, engineering, safety, and customer-facing teams.
• Provide independent assurance of cybersecurity cases, including TARA, requirements, and residual risk.
• Establish mechanisms for product cybersecurity risk visibility, challenge, and decision-making.
• Represent hirify.global in security discussions with OEM customers, regulators, and external assessors.
• Upskill engineering teams on secure architecture, threat modeling, and verification practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior product security, automotive cybersecurity, or security assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive cybersecurity standards, specifically ISO 21434 and UNECE R155.
• Experience defining and assessing cybersecurity lifecycle activities like TARA and residual risk treatment.
• Strong technical judgment in embedded systems, vehicle networks, and secure architecture.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical risks for diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or SOTIF.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or robotics.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or GICSP.
• Experience managing supplier assurance and third-party cybersecurity risk.
