What you will do

• Lead high-performing engineering teams and help scale the engineering function.
• Drive the next phase of platform development and take technical ownership.
• Design and build distributed systems and blockchain infrastructure for production use.
• Develop and scale complex backend production systems using Go, Rust, TypeScript, and Solidity.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to execute the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and blockchain infrastructure.
• Strong backend engineering experience with Go, Rust, TypeScript, plus Solidity experience.
• Experience building and scaling complex production systems.
• Previous exposure to Web3, fintech, or high-growth technology environments.
• Able to work closely with founders, product, and engineering teams.
