What you will do

• Lead the design and governance of architectural solutions for complex departmental systems and their integration into campus-wide infrastructure.
• Conceptualize and recommend technology initiatives including platform upgrades, enterprise migrations, and system re-architecture.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and cybersecurity guardrails.
• Evaluate cybersecurity risks by reviewing vulnerability reports and recommending remediation strategies.
• Manage portfolio-wide employment access requests ensuring compliance with institutional security policies.
• Mentor technical staff and provide expert guidance to resolve complex system failures and ensure platform continuity.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in systems architecture and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level platform integration and system migration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, PowerShell scripting, and virtualized platforms.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux fundamentals and shell scripting.
• Expertise in database-driven, object-oriented programming and complex SQL queries.

Nice to have

• Experience customizing COTS products such as CRM and CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and log monitoring.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and vulnerability assessment.
