What you will do

• Build and manage UAT test plans based on implementation scope and business workflows.
• Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios and expected outcomes.
• Lead offshore QA resources by assigning priorities and validating test evidence.
• Manage defect intake, triage, prioritization, and closure.
• Communicate UAT status, risks, and go-live readiness to project leadership.
• Support production validation and post-release smoke testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software QA experience.
• 3+ years as a QA Lead, UAT Lead, or Senior QA Analyst.
• Experience overseeing or coordinating offshore QA teams.
• Strong enterprise software and business workflow testing experience.
• Strong defect management, triage, and risk communication skills.
• Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or TestRail.

Nice to have

• Mortgage, fintech, LOS, compliance, or integration testing experience.
