Compensation: $8,305.08 – $12,952.33 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Lead release management for digital solutions, ensuring controlled and risk-managed deployments.
• Conduct end-to-end business process discovery and map processes to information system capabilities.
• Design and implement strategic governance structures for business processes and information systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional governance committees to ensure alignment across business units and technical teams.
• Lead User Acceptance (UA) planning, coordination, and execution across business units.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, issue tracking frameworks, and escalation pathways for technology programs.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of five years of related experience in information systems or technology delivery.
• Strong knowledge of information systems policies, compliance requirements, and secure payment processing environments (PCI).
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise technology delivery management, cloud-based solution ecosystems, and complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL.
• Experience with CRM platforms and fundraising systems.
• Knowledge of privacy legislation and cybersecurity controls.
• Experience with vendor management and third-party solution governance.
