What you will do

• Develop proof-of-concept solutions, including automation and Confluence add-ons.
• Analyze existing architecture practice processes to identify improvements.
• Build detailed reports for the Enterprise Architecture and Governance teams.
• Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to optimize the Architecture Practice.
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver enhancements to technology platforms.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Computer Science, IT, Software/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong coding skills and an aspiration to work in software development after graduation.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly in both verbal and written forms.
• Must be based in Toronto and able to work in a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java or Python.
• Experience with frontend tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like Angular JS.
• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, Azure RDBMS, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of software design patterns and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Previous co-op experience as a software developer or technical coordinator.
