What you will do

• Develop and maintain core platform functionalities using Python, Django, and React.
• Collaborate with engineers and user advocates to improve overall platform experience.
• Implement and advocate for engineering best practices and automated testing.
• Work on enterprise-scale features including SSO, SAML, and RBAC.
• Contribute to the stability and performance of high-load systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Serbia
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Django and relational databases.
• Strong experience with React, NextJS, and TypeScript.
• Commitment to automated testing and engineering best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise features like SSO/SAML, SCIM, and Audit logs.
• Knowledge of Celery for background task execution.
• Experience working with high-load systems.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
