Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React/Angular.
• Implement event-driven systems and streaming solutions utilizing Apache Kafka.
• Integrate Generative AI (LLMs) to improve software delivery, code generation, and automated testing.
• Deploy and support cloud-native applications on Oracle Cloud Platform (OCP) using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and DevOps teams to build robust CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives within a distributed development environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and frontend frameworks (React and/or Angular).
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience deploying applications to Oracle Cloud Platform (OCP) or similar cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI tools for software development and automation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience with Harness CI/CD.
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
• Background in modernizing legacy enterprise systems.
