Quality Engineer (ISO 9001)

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to design, map, and draft SOPs and work instructions.
• Architect and manage the centralized document control repository for all technical assets.
• Coordinate and execute internal and external audits to identify gaps and mitigate risks.
• Lead root-cause analysis for internal deviations and manage corrective action programs.
• Define, monitor, and report QMS performance KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain internal quality assurance requirements to ensure continuous ISO 9001 adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related technical field.
• 2 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Proven track record of supporting or implementing ISO 9001 certification projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience defining and analyzing quality/operational performance metrics (KPIs).
