What you will do

• Apply industry standards and internal guidelines to create accessible document formats.
• Configure and manage proprietary software, including processing logic and configuration files.
• Build, test, and maintain automated applications for document accessibility.
• Perform document accessibility assessments and generate detailed reports.
• Troubleshoot application issues using diagnostic tools and support incident management.
• Provide training to team members and support client-facing training sessions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Fort Collins, CO
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong background in backend development.
• Knowledge of document accessibility standards such as WCAG, PDF/UA, and HHS.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
