Product Designer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead the design process from discovery and problem framing to delivery.
• Translate complex B2B connectivity, billing, and device management processes into scalable UX solutions.
• Design data-heavy interfaces including dashboards, usage reports, and subscription management flows.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and provide design QA.
• Contribute to and extend the corporate design system.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer in SaaS, B2B, or complex operational products.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design for multi-role, multi-company environments.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of frontend logic and technical constraints.
• Ukrainian and English: strong communication skills required.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecom, IoT, or billing systems.
• Background in AI-powered SaaS products or prompt-based workflows.
• Previous experience in frontend, business analysis, or product management.
