What you will do
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve high-impact incidents within the Azure/O365 environment to ensure system stability.
- Administer and develop across multiple infrastructure platforms including Azure, O365, AWS, and Citrix.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git workflows.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Provide technical mentorship to L0/L2 support staff and foster knowledge sharing.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, and project plans to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and identity management (Azure AD, MFA).
- Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM).
- Solid understanding of Windows Server (2012–2022) and networking concepts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems/support in a lead capacity.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Citrix/VDI technologies and AWS/multi-cloud environments.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of macOS/mobile device management (Jamf).
- Experience with enterprise ticketing systems like Jira.
