What you will do

• Build and scale the DevOps/SRE team and function from scratch, establishing best practices and incident response processes.
• Design and implement strategies to detect and mitigate DDoS attacks across global infrastructure.
• Manage distributed server environments, including US-based servers, ensuring high availability and consistent performance.
• Deploy and maintain fault-tolerant database architectures and centralized node control systems.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient application deployment.
• Execute regular security updates and enforce infrastructure security policies to protect data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles within high-load production environments.
• Proven track record of building DevOps processes, infrastructure, and teams from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience with DDoS mitigation tools and cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and database deployment.
• English: B1+ level and Russian: C1 level.
• Location: Must be based in or relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
