Product Manager - Cloud Risk

TL;DR

Product Manager - Cloud Risk (Cloud Security): Own an end-to-end new Cloud Risk domain inside hirify.global Cloud Security, building the risk infrastructure that powers the rest of the product with an accent on defining how cloud risk is scored, prioritized, and explained. Focus on translating high-volume security findings into a trustworthy “what to fix first” experience, shipping the risk model and “top risks” experience, and validating prioritization with customers across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Cloud Risk domain.
• Define how cloud risk is scored, prioritized, and explained across severity, exploitability, exposure, identity, and business context.
• Design and ship the risk model, “top risks” experience, and shared services consumed by other domains.
• Turn high-volume, messy security findings into a clear, trustworthy “what to fix first” workflow that reduces noise and speeds remediation.
• Partner with platform PMs to ensure Cloud Risk powers CSPM, CIEM, CWP, DSPM, and related capabilities.
• Engage with customers and the field to validate the risk model and set success metrics, requirements, and incremental releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in cloud-native security domains (e.g., misconfigurations, IAM, network exposure, Kubernetes, container runtime protection).
• Deep understanding of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including key services, IAM concepts, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy from customer discovery through roadmap planning and successful releases.
• Excellent English (written and verbal) with strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
