🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Master all platform business lines and continuously update knowledge.
2️⃣ Lead integration of new business processes into support workflows.
3️⃣ Develop and maintain SOPs and knowledge base content.
4️⃣ Analyze service metrics and produce actionable insight reports.
5️⃣ Collect and analyze user feedback to identify key pain points and drive product/process improvements with cross-functional teams.
6️⃣ Identify and implement strategies to improve agent efficiency through intelligent tool solutions and workflow enhancements.
7️⃣ Collaborate with Operation, Product and Tech teams to improve user experience
🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above in related field
2️⃣ 2+ years of working experience in crypto/fintech industry
3️⃣ Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin
4️⃣ Perfer experience in business process management and optimization
5️⃣ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
6️⃣ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
