What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end features, moving from wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to production code in React and React Native.
• Transform complex operational pain points in dispatch, billing, and routing into intuitive user interfaces that haulers want to use.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including components, tokens, and patterns across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct direct user research with haulers to understand real-world workflows and integrate those insights into the product.

Requirements

• Ability to both design and ship production-ready code.
• Strong product and UX judgment with decisions grounded in real user behavior rather than aesthetics.
• Experience working with dense, data-heavy UIs such as dispatch dashboards, billing tables, and route maps.
• Ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity throughout the product development cycle.
• Expertise in IA multi-agent systems.
