What you will do

• Define and implement global pricing strategies aligned with objectives across regions, markets, and product categories.
• Translate product value into actionable pricing recommendations in collaboration with Product and Business teams.
• Lead pricing for new product launches and continuously optimize pricing throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze pricing performance to identify margin improvement opportunities and provide data-driven insights.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform pricing decisions.
• Support Sales teams with pricing rationale, negotiation preparation, and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or a related field within an international environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Solid commercial acumen and experience with value-based pricing approaches.
• Proficiency with digital tools and systems, specifically ERP (SAP) and BI tools (Power BI or QlikView).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
