What you will do

• Manage end-to-end lifecycles for mobile games, including complex economies and feature areas.
• Define game vision, targets, and priorities in collaboration with the Studio Director.
• Write feature specifications and define in-game flows alongside game designers.
• Own business goals and monitor market status to adjust systems and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to drive data analysis and research.
• Oversee creative development, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product development or management of consumer mobile products.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Exceptional understanding of the mobile free-to-play games market.
• Strong background in game analytics, statistics, and business analysis.
• Proven ability to lead teams and present detailed analysis to executive stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site in Izmir, Turkey.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Familiarity with web technologies.
