What you will do
- Set up, execute, and A/B test campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Analyze market-level performance to identify patterns and anomalies.
- Draft data-driven creative briefs for video editors and graphic designers.
- Conduct competitor audits of offers, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Coordinate deliverables between media buying, creative, and PR/KOL teams.
- Prepare weekly performance narratives and reports for senior review.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from dashboards.
- Ability to write specific and actionable creative briefs.
- Proactive communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
