What you will do
- Develop and support marketing analytics for web and mobile products.
- Collaborate with performance marketers to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, channels, and creatives.
- Perform cohort analysis and calculate LTV and unit economics to guide scaling decisions.
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prioritize analytical tasks based on business value and potential impact.
- Ensure data quality and uncover insights to improve overall marketing performance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Solid understanding of statistics, including experiment design, statistical tests, and correlation analysis.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and compelling manner.
Nice to have
- Python skills (pandas, data visualization, statistics) for data manipulation.
- Experience with subscription monetization products, specifically churn and retention analysis.
- Experience working with ad platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and ASA.
