Marketing Analyst (Mobile App)

Location: Hybrid in Kyiv or Remote (Ukraine)

What you will do

• Develop and support marketing analytics for web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with performance marketers to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, channels, and creatives.
• Perform cohort analysis and calculate LTV and unit economics to guide scaling decisions.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Prioritize analytical tasks based on business value and potential impact.
• Ensure data quality and uncover insights to improve overall marketing performance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Solid understanding of statistics, including experiment design, statistical tests, and correlation analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
• Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and compelling manner.

Nice to have

• Python skills (pandas, data visualization, statistics) for data manipulation.
• Experience with subscription monetization products, specifically churn and retention analysis.
• Experience working with ad platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and ASA.
