What you will do

• Design and operate central platform services including GitHub, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
• Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform to ensure scalable and repeatable environments.
• Standardize GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows to improve delivery efficiency.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments for performance and resilience.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and networking issues using monitoring and observability tools.
• Mentor engineers and promote automation-first, self-service approaches across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid role).
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in Terraform and Kubernetes (AKS preferred) within Azure.
• Strong experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and GitOps practices.
• Proficiency in Linux and scripting (Bash/Shell), with Python as a plus.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for observability.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Experience with Azure DevOps to GitHub migrations.
