What you will do

• Drive a major organisation-wide transformation by evolving the data platform and data foundations.
• Partner with technical and business leaders to understand processes, data flows, challenges, and opportunities, then design solutions that improve outcomes.
• Define the technical vision, strategy, and governance for the data platform in collaboration with the core team.
• Identify and lead opportunities to simplify and improve how the organisation works with data.
• Shape and develop a high-performing team of experienced data professionals.
• Lead technical delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in complex organisations.
• Proven track record of leading transformational change.
• Ability to partner effectively with multiple business areas and work with a one-team mindset.
• Extensive experience delivering data capabilities that enable colleagues to access and use data effectively.
• Comfortable operating under pressure, managing competing priorities, and driving clarity and results.
