Salary: €78,000–€108,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and operate ML systems for retail media use cases including ranking, segmentation, and attribution.
- Develop robust pipelines for feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable ML solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and commercial stakeholders to drive product impact.
- Ensure model reliability, observability, and performance in a cloud-based production environment.
- Contribute to team standards, best practices, and technical knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience as an ML Engineer, ML-focused Software Engineer, or Data Scientist.
- Proven track record of building and operating production-grade ML systems or model-based products.
- Experience with retail media, recommender systems, or ranking algorithms.
- Strong understanding of ML failure modes such as data leakage, distribution shifts, and feedback loops.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in the EU or able to work within the EU for remote arrangements.
