What you will do

• Manage brand social media accounts across 2–4 platforms, including Instagram and Telegram.
• Participate in the development and execution of the SMM strategy.
• Create and maintain detailed content plans and prepare task briefs for cross-functional teams.
• Develop creative engagement and retention mechanics for users.
• Perform planning and data-driven reporting on channel performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and content for brands.
• Proven experience in sports, esports, or betting industries.
• Strong understanding of SMM analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels simultaneously.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI tools.
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop.
• Experience using Jira, Slack, and Notion.
