TL;DR

Client Success Specialist (SaaS): Managing client inquiries and onboarding for the hirify.global Data Link platform with an accent on technical support and API integration. Focus on resolving complex issues, bridging client feedback to product development, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines, with a hybrid work model (at least 2 days per week in the office) and night-shift (9PM – 6AM) availability.

What you will do

  • Manage and triage client inquiries for the hirify.global Data Link platform, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
  • Deliver pre- and post-sales onboarding support, including technical assistance with APIs and data product permissions.
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers, routing sales opportunities to the appropriate teams.
  • Partner with product development to share actionable client feedback and drive platform improvements.
  • Champion a client-first mindset to elevate the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client success or customer support for a SaaS or marketplace company.
  • Solid understanding of web services, including HTTP, JSON, and REST API patterns.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or cloud platforms.
  • Must be amenable to working night-shift (9PM – 6AM).
  • Must be able to work from the office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, at least twice a week.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
