What you will do

• Lead, direct, and coordinate the General Insurance Marketing team to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key leaders in insurance companies.
• Identify and explore growth opportunities within the current client base and new business sectors.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver insurance proposals that meet client expectations.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing marketing team.
• Implement control mechanisms to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in insurance brokerage firms.
• Solid understanding of General Insurance products across all lines of risk and business.
• Proven ability to lead teams and take responsibility for collective achievements.
• Extensive network of potential clients and established relationships with insurance companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
