What you will do

• Manage customer sustainability questionnaires and transparency initiatives via the TRASCE consortium.
• Lead the realization of Product Carbon Footprints in collaboration with the climate team and third-party consultants.
• Coordinate the responsible sourcing program for cosmetic ingredients, managing supply chain risks and implementing action plans.
• Implement sustainability strategies and objectives across R&D, operations, and supply chain departments.
• Define product compliance regarding sustainability claims and support PLM/R&D teams in validation.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate consolidated sustainability reporting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the cosmetic industry or similar sectors (sales/marketing).
• University degree in cosmetics sciences, environmental sciences, or a related field (MBA or sustainability specialization is an asset).
• French and English proficiency (C1 level required).
• Proven experience in project management and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Massy, France.
