What you will do

• Translate high-level strategies into differentiating product value propositions to capture market opportunities.
• Implement strategies to enhance product cross-selling, increasing customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct extensive market research and intelligence to monitor competitive landscapes and customer segmentation.
• Monitor and control the product portfolio to ensure alignment with the Bank's risk strategy and market conditions.
• Lead and motivate a team, overseeing daily activities to ensure business plans and targets are delivered.
• Implement departmental policies and processes to maintain high service standards for stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dubai, AE
• At least 6 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services, specifically in Product Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant specialization.
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent certification.
• Proven knowledge of Transaction Banking products.
• Strong financial analysis and project management skills.
