What you will do

• Lead commercial sourcing and negotiation strategies for regulated wholesale and interconnect products.
• Act as the primary commercial interface between hirify.global and key suppliers like Telstra Wholesale InfraCo and NBN Co.
• Drive negotiations on pricing, terms, and service parameters to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from Networks, Legal, Finance, and business units to define negotiation positions.
• Manage complex disputes, escalations, and commercial issues related to regulated supply arrangements.
• Monitor regulatory developments to assess impacts on contracts, sourcing strategies, and cost structures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications or a regulated infrastructure sector.
• Practical understanding of the Australian telecommunications regulatory framework.
• Proven ability to manage strategic supplier relationships as a single point of accountability.
• Demonstrated experience translating regulatory obligations into commercially effective strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external parties.
• Tertiary qualifications in law, economics, finance, engineering, or a related discipline.
