What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for event activations, including interactive installations and live performances.
• Lead and manage event execution as the main PIC, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Manage event budgets and ensure projects remain within scope and schedule.
• Develop timelines and oversee comprehensive project management for all activations.
• Ensure all offline activities align with the overall brand strategy and corporate goals.
• Collaborate with marketing communication and sales departments to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, specifically focused on offline events, branding, and marketing communications.
• Proven experience in Project, Vendor, and Stakeholder Management.
• Experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in creating professional documents and presentations.
• Ability to handle budgeting and prepare detailed post-event reporting and analysis.
