What you will do
- Develop and oversee activation plans, events, and offline promotions aligned with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute in-store branding and visibility initiatives.
- Lead partnership acquisition, business proposal creation, and impact measurement for stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines and the sustainability of offline marketing plans.
- Execute standardized offline channel experiences across various touchpoints to maximize conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and manage the activation budget for cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in offline events, branding, and marketing communications.
- Proven experience in leading a team and managing budgets.
- Strong proficiency in creating high-level reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Background in fintech is considered a plus.
