What you will do

• Own the end-to-end compliance transformation programme, including CRA compliance and EUCC certification.
• Drive internal execution by coordinating engineering, legal, and operations teams to implement SDL requirements and security architectures.
• Manage relationships with external advisory firms, converting their recommendations into actionable internal tasks.
• Coordinate cross-functional working groups and prepare decision materials for the CEO.
• Maintain the programme's risk register, budget consumption, and open decision logs.

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating complex cross-functional programmes without formal authority.
• Ability to manage expert consultants and translate technical recommendations into internal actions.
• Highly structured approach to managing programmes with many moving parts.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with both the CEO and engineering teams.
• Ability to quickly master regulatory standards such as CRA, Common Criteria, IEC 62443, and ISO.

Nice to have

• Experience managing regulatory or certification transformation programmes.
• Background in cybersecurity, hardware, or semiconductor environments.
• Experience working within early-stage or scale-up companies.
• Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks like NIS2 or MDR.
