What you will do
- Define and drive the cloud security roadmap across major cloud platforms.
- Architect and implement security controls for WAF, DDoS, identity management, and Kubernetes.
- Leverage AI-powered automation to audit security posture and build intelligent CI/CD security gates.
- Lead cross-functional security reviews and serve as the escalation point for complex incidents.
- Mentor cloud security engineers and foster a culture of AI proficiency and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud security with deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools for security operations, such as automated threat detection or LLM-based template review.
- Strong foundation in Terraform, Python, Kubernetes security, and IAM.
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agent frameworks.
- Track record of leading organizational change and mentoring technical teams.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Prague office (Hybrid).
