Invity (part of hirify.global) is building a MiCA-licensed Bitcoin neobank for Europe to make automated Bitcoin investing accessible to everyone.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day product delivery with engineering, including backlog management, prioritization, and planning.
• Write clear product specifications to enable rapid development and informed decision-making.
• Partner with design to move features from the idea stage to launch.
• Conduct user interviews and translate customer insights into product improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the product roadmap.
• Work with compliance and legal teams to ship products within a regulated environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping customer-facing products.
• Fluent in both Czech and English.
• Ability to learn quickly and master complex domains.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to optimize daily workflows, prompts, and processes.
• Strong communication skills for writing specifications and aligning stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or other regulated industries.
• Experience working on B2C consumer-facing products.
• Experience shipping mobile applications.
