What you will do

• Define, implement, and coordinate operational projects across Logistics and Production teams to ensure execution of key initiatives.
• Track operational performance through KPIs and identify specific improvement opportunities.
• Support the management and growth of the in-house transportation network.
• Drive operational efficiency initiatives across transportation, storage, and vehicle production activities.
• Coordinate capacity planning and storage management to support business growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports and business updates to local management and HQ stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Strategy Consulting, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• English: C1 or above required.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to enable regular visits to the Production Center in Seseña.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, automation, or scripting.
