What you will do
- Develop organizational structure changes aligned with business strategies.
- Define duties and responsibilities for positions across the company.
- Draft and review job descriptions for all roles.
- Develop the company’s competency dictionary and related SOPs.
- Design career development paths for various business functions.
- Review employee promotion submissions for documentation completeness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Psychology.
- 2–3 years of experience in Organization Development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Understanding of HR business processes.
- Preferred: Previous internship or work experience in banking, multifinance, or fintech industries.
