What you will do

• Collaborate with international and local teams to translate requirements into high-quality software products.
• Solve technically challenging problems to deliver mission-critical functionality.
• Develop software based on detailed specifications with a focus on minimal rework.
• Ensure the quality, quantity, and timeliness of assigned tasks with high ownership.

Requirements

• Strong coding skills in at least one of Java, Python, or JavaScript/Node.js.
• Good understanding of software engineering practices, object-oriented design, and data structures.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic Linux operations.
• Moderate proficiency in English language.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; 3+ years for Senior level.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup, fintech, or banking industries.
• Familiarity with GCP or AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of Cloud Dataflow, Apache Beam, DBT, or Apache Airflow.
• Experience with data platform services (ETL, Data Lake, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark, Flink).
• Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and MLaaS.
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools like Redash, Looker, or Tableau.
