What you will do

• Run deep forensic audits (log file analysis, JavaScript rendering) and design machine-readable content structures (Knowledge Graphs, Schema) for AI Overviews (Gemini/ChatGPT).
• Own optimization strategy for Indodana/hirify.global apps on Google Play & App Store: analyze keyword conversion rates, run A/B tests on store assets, and improve visibility on high-intent keywords.
• Use mathematical modeling to analyze organic performance data and build predictive models for traffic and revenue forecasting.
• Act as an internal SME to diagnose and respond to algorithmic penalties or traffic drops, providing data-backed recommendations to Organic Growth leadership.
• Analyze user behavior data (heatmaps, user flows) to optimize landing pages and connect traffic performance to revenue outcomes.
• Lead organic user growth strategy across marketing channels for Indodana and hirify.global apps and websites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1); preferred majors: Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, ASO, or Growth Hacking; proven experience managing large-scale websites (aggregator/e-commerce).
• Advanced data skills: SQL (intermediate), Excel (advanced formulas/pivot), and data visualization (Looker Studio/Tableau).
• Strong pattern recognition, root-cause analysis, and hypothesis-driven testing.
• Deep SEO/GEO knowledge: search algorithms, schema markup (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, and AI search behavior.
• ASO experience with tools/metrics such as GA4, Appflyer or Adjust, Mobile Action, Sensor Tower, or AppTweak.
