What you will do

• Lead the management and optimization of Oracle database systems to support business goals.
• Oversee database installations, configurations, and upgrades to ensure minimal disruption.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues while providing expert guidance.
• Develop and implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior database administrators to foster skill development.

Requirements

• Must be available for late shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM CET).
• Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator with relevant certification.
• Extensive experience with Oracle in Microsoft or Unix environments.
• Proficiency with RAC, Active Data Guard, and performance tuning.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work weekends approximately once per month.
