What you will do

• Supervise and manage the animation team, from juniors to leads, ensuring high-quality output.
• Collaborate with directors and VFX Supervisors to develop character and creature performances.
• Ensure visual continuity throughout the production of the show.
• Coordinate with Build and Rigging departments to optimize model suitability and rig functionality.
• Partner with R&D and Pipeline teams to suggest and implement pipeline improvements.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of CG experience in high-profile live action and full CG feature films.
• Thorough knowledge of CG animation technologies.
• Proven experience leading teams and delegating tasks effectively.
• Experience working directly with clients and directors.
• Strong 3D visual and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Sydney or be able to relocate to Australia
