• Develop social-first concepts, hooks, ad angles, and video structures designed for conversion.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, creators, and media buyers to improve ad performance.
• Adapt messaging quickly based on performance insights and creative testing results.
• Contribute to organic social content ideation where needed.

Requirements

• Native or near-native French proficiency required.
• Proven hands-on experience writing for social-first video content.
• Strong experience creating UGC scripts.
• Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels-style pacing, hooks, retention, and creator-led storytelling.
• Ability to write direct-response focused copy that feels native and authentic.
