What you will do

• Administer Windows and Linux server environments, including configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Provision and manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers) with an emphasis on stability and cost-consciousness.
• Support Azure PaaS components and manage hybrid connectivity, including identity, DNS, and on-prem virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents and perform detailed root-cause analysis.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities for servers and infrastructure in collaboration with security teams.
• Automate operational workflows using PowerShell and adhere to ITIL-aligned incident and change processes.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Networking, Microsoft Active Directory, and VMware.
• Proven experience in Azure and Windows Server administration.
• Proficiency in security logging and analytics.
• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications: AZ-104, AZ-800/AZ-801, or AZ-500.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
