What you will do

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within Azure and O365 environments to ensure system stability.
• Perform administration of Azure, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Security, Licensing), and Endpoint Management.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Git workflows.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Automate and streamline IT operations using PowerShell and various workflow tools.
• Provide technical mentorship to L0/L2 support staff to foster knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access).
• Proficiency in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Endpoint management (Intune/SCCM).
• Experience with Windows Server (2012–2022) and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of cloud-based backup/recovery (Azure Backup, Veeam) and networking concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Science or relevant Microsoft/AWS accreditations.
• 4+ years of experience in IT systems/support, with recent focus on Cloud Technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Citrix/VDI technologies, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Exposure to AWS or multi-cloud environments.
• Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell.
• Experience with macOS and mobile device management (Jamf, iOS, Android).
• Familiarity with networking platforms like Meraki or Palo Alto.
