What you will do

• Develop and execute the market growth plan for the MENA region to increase new users, active traders, and retention.
• Monitor user trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to shape market strategy.
• Localize and run paid-acquisition and referral campaigns aligned with local culture.
• Coordinate local influencer (KOL) and community programs to amplify user engagement.
• Identify and resolve conversion blockers in the user funnel to improve overall flow.
• Establish and manage partnerships with local payment providers, media, and trading communities.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in growth, marketing, or partnerships within fintech, crypto, or digital trading.
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition and transaction growth in the target market.
• Deep understanding of the local digital, social, and crypto ecosystem.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
