What you will do

• Define and lead the overall testing strategy, including risk-based approaches and quality gates.
• Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, mobile, and data layers.
• Lead manual testing activities including functional, integration, system, and UAT efforts.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Oversee defect triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Track and communicate key quality metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in software testing with a proven track record of leading QA teams.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
• Strong understanding of API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or Swagger.
• Proficiency in CI/CD environments and test management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Deep knowledge of ISTQB principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience testing enterprise applications such as SAP or Salesforce.
