What you will do

• Own problems and outcomes: gather requirements with users, stakeholders, and partners, and translate intent into buildable specs for engineers and AI agents.
• Define and enforce functional and non-functional requirements (quality bar across performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability).
• Build with AI: write production-quality code across the stack (Python, Django, AWS, React, PostgreSQL) and direct/review agent output for correctness and edge cases.
• Coordinate delivery across engineers and AI agents: manage dependencies, surface risks early, and verify the end-to-end result matches requirements.
• Contribute to architecture and context harness: make architectural decisions, manage context, and drive adoption via documentation and usage monitoring.
• Operate in production: monitor services, debug and fix issues, and participate in support rotations.

Requirements

• Location: must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Dominican Republic, or Peru
• 10+ years building production web applications end-to-end (spec → build → ship) with strong ownership and accountability.
• Proven experience gathering requirements directly and turning ambiguous intent into clear specs for engineers/agents.
• Experience owning both functional and non-functional requirements and holding the line on quality.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django; working knowledge of TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex) and coordinating work with AI agents.
