What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, specialist, managerial, and director-level roles.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives across the EEM region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical business positions.
• Utilize Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media for sourcing top talent.
• Partner with universities to organize internship and trainee programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in independent recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
• Strong command of Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience working within the technical industry.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
