What you will do

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of recruiters to exceed client expectations.
• Establish performance standards, set goals, and proactively address delivery gaps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and organizational leaders.
• Develop recruitment metrics and analytics (time to fill, cost per hire, productivity) to drive decision-making.
• Design strategic hiring campaigns, including passive candidate outreach and recruitment marketing.
• Manage P&L and ensure the standardization and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a results-oriented Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role.
• Proven experience in coaching peers or managing a recruitment team.
• Experience in Manufacturing Sector Recruitment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR, or a related field is preferred.
