What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for tokenized equities trading on hirify.global DEX, covering the interface, order types, and portfolio management.
• Bridge traditional brokerage conventions (settlement logic, corporate actions, fractional shares) with native on-chain execution.
• Partner with Growth & Operations to translate user pain points from traditional brokers into PRDs and prototypes.
• Evaluate RWA infrastructure, tokenized-stock issuers, and regulatory constraints to identify new product opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end execution by driving PRDs and partnering with R&D, UI/UX, QA, and Compliance through to launch.
• Define and monitor core KPIs such as Volume, MAU, and execution quality to continuously optimize the user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, with 2+ years specifically building equities or brokerage trading products.
• Deep understanding of traditional equities market structure, including order routing, T+1/T+2 settlement, and margin.
• Working knowledge of the on-chain/DEX stack, including wallets, AMMs, order books, and on-chain settlement.
• Strong user research and behavioral analysis skills to turn quantitative and qualitative insights into product decisions.
• Fluent in Chinese; working proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience launching tokenized equities or RWA products at a broker bridging crypto and stocks.
• Hands-on familiarity with DeFi as a user (self-custody, DEX trading).
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape for tokenized securities.
• Experience using modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in daily PM workflows.
