What you will do

• Lead company-level AI initiatives from concept to launch, including industry research, prototype review, and user testing.
• Track DeFi and stablecoin market trends and on-chain data to produce decision-ready research memos.
• Contribute to product design and write PRDs, managing features through development and launch.
• Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams to ensure alignment on goals, pacing, and risks.
• Produce bilingual (CN/EN) internal and external materials and data insights for business decisions.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude and Cursor as a daily habit to optimize and scale personal output.

Requirements

• Current senior undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fully bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on exploration of AI with demonstrable personal projects, demos, or GitHub work.
• Genuine interest and basic understanding of crypto, including hands-on trading or on-chain experience.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems and deliver consistent output in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in or eligible to work in Hong Kong.

• Entrepreneurial experience or leadership roles in student organizations.
• Prior internships at top-tier tech companies, financial institutions, or Web3 projects.
• Publicly available research or writing (industry reports, newsletters, etc.).
